Brazilian Luiz Felipe Scolari is confirmed to be the manager/coach to CHELSEA w.e.f 1 July.

My friends sent emails just after the Blues lost to MU in Champions League's final (last month) and asked me to blog, in which, i keep silent. (ngelat...)
