Pulau Karimun -- (rombongan Cik Kiah)

.
My sister together with her group of friends went to Pulau Karimun (Karimun Island, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia) recently (before Ramadhan -- macam rombongan Cik Kiah la kira-kiranya). According to her, Pulau Karimun is like Langkawi Malaysia but with your RM-RM USD-USD bhat-bhat wowww even our Rantau Panjang, Golok, Wang Kelian and Padang Besar cannot match. Harga barang murah terlampau.
.
She even stressed that those businesswomen from Kelate also did bulk purchase @ Karimun Island. Malaysians who wish to go to Karimun, you may go by ferry (not tong kang -- real ferry macam Langkawi, no worry) via Kukup jetty (@ Pontian, Johor, Malaysia) -- must have valid international passport, or visa pass. Ferry ticket to and fro about RM80. Kukup-Karimun will take about 45min - 1 hour.
.
Hotel/Accomodation and Food --- excellent! (ehemm, lain-lain dia tak habaq...)

Now you see, how Indonesia rebrand Riau archipelago to be a must-go tourist attraction? They have, by now, Karimun, Batam and Bintan -- and these islands ahhhhhhhhh, sure cantik punya...may be as beautiful as Maldives...

kekuatan pulau-pulau itu ialah kos hidup yg rendah dan kecantikan semula jadi (agaknya lah). Langkawi harga dah mahal, kadang-kadang keterlaluan mengarut!!
